Laura Quist
Laura is the TIP Wayne State research assistant and is in her final year of the MSW program at Wayne State University studying Policy and Leadership. She received her Bachelor's in Sociology from the Meijer Honors College at Grand Valley State University, where she also focused on gender and Middle Eastern culture. She is currently an Intern with the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (DWMHA) developing their internship program and the oversight of the National Health Service Corps program site certification. In rare moments of spare time, she enjoys playing dodge-ball, exploring the gastronomy of Metro-Detroit, and mollifying unruly Jack Russell Terriers.
